For this project, the client was interested in a gender neutral nursery that felt imaginative and incorporated both teal and pink. The word “whimsical” came to mind and quickly became the concept on which the design centered. To achieve this, we chose a mint and blush color palette that felt light and airy. Whimsical touches throughout such as soft textiles, playful patterns, delicate abstract art, and a mobile chandelier add a sense of magic and personality. The result is a nursery that feels dreamy while still offering the comfort and functionality essential for a newborn’s room.
